No Win, No Fee

Here at BClaims we offer a No Win, No Fee service with 100% compensation wherever possible with no hidden costs or charges.

However, there may be instances where we are unable to offer such a service where it is clear that we will be unable to pursue your claim on a No Win, No Fee basis or guarantee 100% compensation. We will tell you the reasons for this when we do our initial review of your claim and advise you of the options open to you in funding your claim and you can decide whether to proceed or not.

If we do agree to act on a No Win, No Fee basis then we will ask you to enter into an agreement with us which sets out the circumstances when the No Win, No Fee basis may cease to be appropriate or 100% compensation may not be achievable.

We will be entitled to recover our costs from you in the following situations:

• if it appears to us that you are pursuing a fraudulent claim; or
• you fail to cooperate with us after your claim has been accepted and work has been undertaken; for example, by not responding to us in good time when we ask you for instructions; or
• you instruct other solicitors to act on your behalf in the claim after your claim has been accepted and work has been undertaken by us; or
• you accept payment directly from a third party in respect of any part or all of your claim.

In addition, if during the course of pursuing your claim it becomes apparent that further expert or other evidence is required to establish your claim properly we may require you to pay for some or all of these additional costs before taking matters further. You do not have to continue with your claim if you do not want to incur those costs.
